It’s hard to believe that this time last week we were saying our goodbyes to friends and family as we packed our bags. We’ve seen miracles, answered prayers, awesome presentations of God’s word, and so much more. We’ve seen the sick get healed, the weak strengthened, and awesome presentations of God’s word.
Today’s session was opened by Pastor Steve. He preached how our faith is not lazy. He encouraged us to walk out our faith. Coach D followed up with the message that heaven is backing up our faith. He did a demonstration with Minister Curtis showing how God protects us as we do His will in the world.
After lunch, we had an amazing praise and worship celebrating African heritage. We sang songs from African countries and dressed in traditional African garments. All of the pastors and ministers joined the praise and worship team on stage and danced to traditional African praise and worship songs.
Bishop Peter preached about how we should expect our faith to produce. We prayed for one another to remove fear out of our lives. We took a short break where we tried a traditional African drink called porridge. It was enjoyed most by Pastor J who finished his cup first!
We were also blessed by Pastor Johnson who finished the night. He spoke to us about tearing our faith. He asked the question whether your faith is grounded in Christ, genuine in spirit, and growing every day. We extend those questions to you all as well. We welcomed tomorrow’s speaker, Pastor Alex Frasier, also from the United States.
We look forward to tomorrow’s session and sharing all God has in store for tomorrow.
